American Media Inc.’s recently-launched Reality Weekly isn’t doing so hot according to a report in WWD. The mag sold just 100,000 copies of its debut, even though 500,000 were shipped to newsstands.
Subsequent issues have apparently done even worse. Although an AMI spokeperson denied the poor sales to WWD.
We here at FishbowlLA can’t possibly imagine why a rag devoted to the private lives of reality TV stars might be struggling. Here’s hoping for a feature on Bruce Jenner’s bowel movements. You know it’s only a matter of time.
