Reader Complaints

This post on Washington Times disclosure sparked a handful of reader complaints about full disclosure in other newspapers.

>UPDATE: This item has been edited. The reader’s complaint re: the Roll Call example could neither be confirmed nor denied. Although we were told the reader’s complaints were “wrong,” there was no further elaboration and I apologize for posting prematurely. Newbie mistakes, I guess…

Then, we also heard complaints that there was less-than-full disclosure in a book review by The Hill newspaper. In the favorable review, the author didn’t disclose that she was also a fellow at the same Phillips Foundation where the book’s author was once a fellow.

There are shades of gray to both of these, we think. What do you think?
