Read an eBook Week Now Officially a Month-long Event in Canada
When next March rolls around, Canada won’t just spend a week reading an eBook, they’ll spend a month.
Rita Toews, founder of Read an eBook Week, is proud to announce that the annual reading event has been adopted by the government of Canada as a month long celebration of reading eBooks. While this proclamation doesn’t mean much in practical terms, it’s still going to attract a lot of attention. Now more librarians and teachers will learn of it and they will encourage students and patrons to crack open an eBooks.
