Jared Grusd joins The Huffington Post as CEO. “He’s a mentor to NYC entrepreneurs and investors alike, and most important, a devoted father to his three daughters, who are 9, 7 and 3 — recently taking home a fiercely contested ‘best dance dad’ award. I couldn’t be happier that he’s becoming our CEO at another amazing moment in HuffPost’s history,” Arianna Huffington wrote in a memo announcing the news. In a continuing sign of Who Has The Money Now, BuzzFeed recruits The Guardian’s Stuart Millar. He joins former colleagues Janine Gibson and James Ball at the site’s UK outfit, taking on the role of head of news. He had been news editor at the paper where he worked for 19 years… Tim Blanks, previously Style.com’s editor at large, joins The Business of Fashion in the same position. That’s an excellent get for the site, which also brings on Lauren Sherman, Queennie Yang and Andrew Barker… Bloomberg News lands Megan Murphy as chief of its embattled Washington bureau.
