President of Ogilvy Government Relations Is Leaving

Drew Maloney(pictured), the president of Ogilvy Government Relations, is leaving the company. Chris Giblin, a GOP lobbyist, will take the top spot.

Maloney is going to serve as the external affairs advisor for the Republican National Committee. Two other senior members of the company — SVPs John O’Neill and Elena Thompkins — are making their departures as well. O’Neill is joining Capitol Counsel, another government relations firm, and Thompkins is launching her own firm, Thompkins Strategies, which will open its doors on July 1.
