President of Global Digital Media at MTVN Gone and Not Replaced

President of Global Digital Media at MTVN, Mika Salmi, is leaving the network, reports paidContent. In a memo from MTVN CEO Judith McGrath, she confirms that while unique users and streams are up for Atom, the site MTVN bought from Salmi two years ago for $200 million, the “indomitable President” will not be replaced for the time being.

Instead, responsibility for maintaining the digital team and progressing the digital and online division will fall to Nada Stirratt Executive Vice President of Digital Advertising for MTV Networks.
