Post Names New National Security Editor

We’re thrilled to announce that Carlos Lozada will be the newspaper’s next National Security Editor, working with our defense and foreign policy writers to lead our coverage at a critical time. Carlos brings huge talent, high energy and a deep grounding in foreign policy to his new role. As Susan’s deputy in Outlook, Carlos promised to help mount “a weekly guerrilla attack on conventional wisdom” and he did just that.
