Portfolio.com Media Blogger Moving On
Earlier this month, we noticed that Portfolio.com media blogger Jeff Bercovici had posted an item on NYMag.com’s Daily Intel shortly after the Condé Nast business magazine folded.
Since then, we’ve spotted Bercovici’s byline on a handful of Daily Intel posts, including one yesterday discussing a meeting between Rolling Stone owner Jann Wenner and Condé exec David Carey. So we wondered, is Bercovici seeking a permanent spot at NYmag.com?
No, Bercovici told FishbowlNY, “I don’t have any formal arrangement to write for Daily Intel on a regular basis — I just happened to have a string of ideas that worked for them.”
Nor is Bercovici returning to his old stomping grounds, Portfolio.com,
