In what could be thought of as the media version of a soft opening, a new Politico Twitter handle appeared yesterday, promising the Thursday debut of Politico Media, a venture that combines the media reporting houses of Politico and Capital New York into one new unit.
This is the realization of a plan that was announced in April alongside Politico’s international and statewide expansion plans.
Peter Sterne, Capital New York reporter today, Politico Media reporter tomorrow, provided details in a tweet.
