Police Officer in Ferguson: 'You get that light off or you're getting shelled with this!'

In Ferguson, Mo., at the site of the shooting death of unarmed teen Michael Brown by police officer Darren Wilson, members of the media covering demonstrations in the St. Louis suburb continue to be threated by law enforcement.

Last Wednesday, The Washington Post’s Wesley Lowery and HuffPost’s Ryan Reilly were arrested inside a McDonald’s and later released. The same night, tear gas was shot at an Al Jazeera America crew in Ferguson.

“Get the fuck out of here! You get that light off or you’re getting shelled with this!” a police officer screamed at Mustafa Hussein, who was recording a livestream for Argus Radio’s digital platform.
