Playboy Magazine Taps New Executive Editors for Print, Digital

James Rickman and Leila Brillson

Can Cooper Hefner successfully augment the Playboy magazine U.S. brand? We wouldn’t bet against him. Especially now that he has brought in qualified reinforcements.

Per an announcement today, the Beverly Hills-based editorial team has been revamped. Promoted to executive editor of the magazine is James Rickman, while Leila Brillson has been brought in to serve in the same capacity for playboy.com:

Rickman came to Playboy from Paper magazine, where he served as managing editor and was part of the team behind the notorious “Break the Internet” issue.
