Pinterest Previews New Feature for Exploring Interests
Similar to Related Pins, 'Interests' are based on things you’ve Pinned before. The big difference is that Interests are located in the category menu instead of your home feed.
Pinterest has been releasing new features like mad recently. We’re less than a month into the new year and the site has release two new features in two weeks. In keeping with the idea of being a discovery engine, Pinterest is previewing a tool called Interests to help Pinners find other things they like.
“For example, if you’re curious about traveling, more travel Pins is a good place to start. If you’re really into something specific like travel in New York City, we’ll show you some great Pins we think you may like,” the announcement says.
