Facebook appears to be testing some potential new features for its Messenger application.
Some users are seeing the social network’s People You May Know feature within the Messenger app.
And the social network appears to have added categories to conversations between users and brands.
As illustrated in the screenshot below, users are asked about the nature of their messages, and their answers are reflected in threads with brands. Support and Getting in Touch are the two examples visible in the screenshot.
Facebook had not responded to a request for comment at the time of this post.
