People Heads To Indebleu

FishbowlDC has learned that this year’s People magazine WHCA cocktail party will take place at Indebleu (last year it was at the Ritz Carlton in Georgetown). Last year, Ludacris and Tony Snow were the big names. The party is on the night before the big dinner.
