Peeking Inside the Green Rooms
The Hill offers today an inside look at the mysterious green rooms scattered around Washington, D.C., that hold capital pundits prior to their talking head segments.
The verdict? D.C.’s green rooms are the ugly stepchildren of the better-suited ones in New York and Hollywood. Normally guests have to make do with coffee and bagels. The one exception appears to be Sunday morning shows, which even sometimes include a cook for “hot items” in the green room.
