PBS NewsHour Names Jon Gerberg General Assignment Producer
Another day, another hiring at NewsHour.
Just two weeks after PBS NewsHour announced five staff promotions and the hire of Bob Kovach as senior producer for politics, yesterday Jon Gerberg joined the program as their latest general assignment producer. Gerberg’s freelanced for them in the past and most recently returned from a reporting trip to Brazil, where he shot a short docu on São Paulo’s water crisis.
