Paul McHale has been named president of CQ Roll Call. McHale previously served as interim managing director of CQ Roll Call, a position he took on following the departure of Keith White in January 2015.
“Paul has been running the business on an interim basis since January this year and has returned it to growth in revenue and contribution,” wrote The Economist Group chief executive Chris Stibbs in a memo to staff. “In the ten months, there has been a significant increase in CQ Roll Call’s delivery of digital information, including a redesigned CQ Weekly, expanded products covering state legislative tracking and advocacy, and new mobile apps for both CQ.com
