Panasonic Releases eReader At Tokyo Book Fair
Panasonic showed off a new 7-inch touch screen eReader at the Tokyo Book Fair today. The device reportedly has an LCD screen and runs on the Android platform. It also includes Web browsing and a camera.
Emoneydaily.com reports: “Panasonic Corp. (NYSE:PC) has teamed up with Rakuten to develop a new e-book reader to tap the growing demand for e-books. The company demonstrated the e-book model at the Tokyo International Book Fair and said that it will enter the market in August.
