Oyster, the recently launched eBook subscription platform that compares itself to Netflix in the eBook realm, has updated its iOS app and is now supporting the iPad. Having an iPad app is a big move for the company, as people tend to prefer reading on their iPad to their iPhone.
The iPad app is optimized for the device and provides an eReading experience similar to other eReader apps. It has a landscape mode and you can swipe between the pages with a cross fade transition.
