OverDrive App Updated For iPad
OverDrive has updated its app to version 2.2, which includes native iPad support. The app was previously available as an iPhone/iPod app, but is not full size on the iPad.
The upgrade also includes hyperlink support for ePUB files, a “Delete all” prompt for expired files, orientation support and various bug fixes.
The free app lets users check out eBooks from their local libraries using the OverDrive service, as more than 13,000 libraries worldwide offer eBooks and audiobooks via OverDrive.
