Open Road Is Having A Sale

Digital publisher Open Road is running a sale on its enhanced eBook collection. For the next two weeks, the company has cut its eBook prices and is selling eBooks for between $.99 and $4.99.

Books on sale include: Pat Conroy’s The Lords of Discipline; Iris Murdoch’s A Word Child; and Damage by Josephine Hart.

The “50 Summer Steals” promotion is good across retailers and includes the Kindle Store, iBooks, Nook and the Sony eBookstore. Hoping to reach summer readers before the long holiday weekend, Open Road is also running 1,000 word excerpts from the books on its website every day during the promotion, as well as videos of the authors.

The promotion runs through July 12^th.
