Omnicom Q2: Overall Profit Up 4%, PR Revenue Up 7.1%
Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE-OMC) said today that Q2 2010 profit rose 4.2% to $243.3 million, from $233.4 million in the second quarter of 2009.
Revenue from the company’s PR holdings is up 7.1% in Q2 to $291 million and up 6.6% for first six months of 2010.
This is marked turnaround from as recently as Q4 2009, where PR revenues were down 8.5%. Omnicom’s PR holdings include Fleishman-Hillard, Porter Novelli, Ketchum, and Brodeur. We’ve posted the company’s investor presentation above for you to peruse.
