Old School: New Canon Printers Directly Print From and Scan To Smartphones

There was a time when “social” communication involved paper and ink (either from a pen or, more recently, toner). Canon announced two new printers that not only print from smartphones (via an app) but can also directly print Gmail attachments and Google Docs documents. This old school sharing works in the other direction too. Scanned photos and documents can be sent directly from the printer to a smartphone.
