The Ogilvy 360&ndash Digital Influence division of WPP-owned Ogilvy PR announced their “Influence Relationship Management” (IRM) tool today called Insider Circle.
It’s ‘the latest social media tool to be launched by a large firm, though unlike WagEd’s TwendzPro, it won’t be available to other agencies or non-Ogilvy clients.
Insider Circle manages relationships with bloggers, Twitter users, brand fans and customers and measures the performance of the campaign. Unlike other tools, it’s creates voluntary two-way conversions since it works on an invitation-only basis. Currently IBM and Kodak are using Insider Circle, the latter for their blog ambassador program to coincide with the Time to Smile ad campaign.
