Provides a way for reporters to upload documents so they can be searched (inside and outside the newsroom) and annotated (so far, just inside the newsroom). Soon to be released open source. F’real!
Debate Analysis Tool
Searchable transcripts synched to video.
Used first in the election of 2008, but has since been scaled to other applications.
Provides a Facebook-style feed of New Yorkers’ elected representatives. Delivers everything from news articles to voting records to Tweets from reps.
