NYC PR Vet Passes After Battle with Breast Cancer

On a very somber note we mark the recent passing of Emily C. Easter, a New York-based veteran of the public relations industry who left us just over a week ago.

Easter, who lived in Hoboken and worked as senior director at Hawkins International PR in Manhattan, died at her parents’ home in Hamilton, New Jersey surrounded by loving family and friends after a four-year battle with breast cancer.

Born in Morris Plains, Easter graduated from Villanova University with honors in 2000 before beginning a career in travel and lifestyle PR that led her to KWE Associates and Hawkins.
