NPR Adds Ailsa Chang

The NPR National Desk is adding Ailsa Chang for a one-year reporting position at its New York bureau. Change will cover business and other general stories while while Chris Arnold is away on his Neiman fellowship at Harvard.

Chang isn’t new to NPR. In 2009 she was a Kroc Fellow and won the Daniel Schorr Journalism prize for a story about Detroit’s failed public defender system and while at WNYC, her reporting on the NYPD’s “Stop and Frisk” program won a 2012 DuPont Columbia Award.
