Not Quite Tiger Woods, But EA Brings PGA Tour Golf Casual Game to Facebook
Ever wanted to golf on Facebook? If I had a nickel for every time someone asked me that! You think I’m joking but in the games industry, golf is widely known to be one of those catch-all games that hits every demographic. Playfish made an attempt at a golf game years ago, and it was mediocre at best. Can EA’s latest release, PGA Tour Golf Challenge take up the mantle as best game on Facebook?
At this point, it’s difficult to say whether the game can actually be honestly called a ‘golf game’, because like most Facebook games, it’s boiled down the excesses (or for many players, the fun) of traditional golf games.
