Game seven of the 2017 World Series on Fox generated an astronomical 26.124 million interactions across Facebook and Twitter.

The Houston Astros’ championship-clinching victory over the Los Angeles Dodgers tallied nearly three times the 9.055 million total interactions of game six, according to the Nielsen Social Content Ratings for the week of Oct. 30.

CBS’ airing of the Dallas Cowboys’ victory over the Kansas City Chiefs placed third on the sports chart, at 4.375 million interactions across the two social networks.

TV series and specials lagged far behind for the week, topped by The Walking Dead on AMC, with 506,000 total interactions across Facebook and Twitter.

Second place went to USA Network’s WWE Monday Night Raw, at 362,000 total interactions, while Fox News Channel’s Hannity placed third with 315,000.
