The Orange County Register’s beloved home columnist Nick Harder died this morning after battling diabetes for several years.
From an internal memo by Nick’s editor:
It is with deep sadness that I share with all of you the news that
home-improvement columnist Nick Harder passed away early this morning.
Nick was a good friend, a jovial colleague and an individual who knew no
limit when it came to serving readers, or colleagues who had a question or
needed advice.
