Another App Falls Victim To Twitter's Stricter API Guidelines: News.me

There have been a slew of high-profile apps disconnecting from Twitter in recent weeks thanks to the company’s recent tightening of its API guidelines. And the latest app on the chopping block? News.me.

News.me is probably best known for its recent acquisition of link-aggregation site Digg this past July. The company also has an iPhone and iPad apps that pull in news links throughout the day and display them in a Twitter-like format… or at least they had these apps.
