News Corporation Building May Be Sold
The New York Post is reporting that the News Corporation tower might be up for sale. Talks are in the very early stages for the building on the corner of 48th and Sixth, but it sounds like Beacon Capital Partners – the owners of the building – are exploring all options.
The 46-story building was purchased by Beacon Capital for $1.52 billion in 2006. Imagine what it’s worth now.
