New York Daily News Gets Printed with Help from New York Times, Newsday, Others

The New York Daily News got it bad when Hurricane Sandy came to visit. Its offices flooded and a printing plant in New Jersey was left without power. Luckily for the Daily News, it has some unlikely friends.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the Daily News is being printed with the help of The New York Times, Newsday, the Newark Star-Ledger, the Bergen Record and the Hartford Courant. The AP and Jewish Week have also provided office space to Daily News staffers.
