New Survey Shows Global Job Seekers List America as Top Destination

independenceWhere would you relocate for your job? A beach in Hawaii perhaps? An office in downtown Berlin? (Oktoberfest’s on the mind, friends)

According to data released by The Boston Consulting Group and The Network, an alliance of global recruiting websites, more than 200,000 workers revealed a lot when it comes to their destination of choice.

For starters, out of the 189 countries included in the survey, nearly 64 percent would be willing to move to another country for their job. The most popular destination? The good ol’ U.S. Next came the U.K. and then Canada.

It’s no surprise the top three countries are hot priorities due to the large economies and living standards. Plus, there’s always the English-speaking factor involved.

When it comes to cities, the U.S. got edged out by the U.K. That’s because London nabbed the top spot, followed by New York City and then Paris.
