New Hires in Mobile: Alphonso Labs, EA Mobile, Flurry, SponsorPay & More

Hiring has declined from last week in the mobile space according to information from LinkedIn and other sources. Only nine companies showed new hiring activity this time around. Moreover, while last week held several major executive hires, none were noted this week. Here’s this week’s full list: Alphonso Labs Simon Tao, Backend Engineer -- Alphonso Labs shows its first activity in a while hiring on Tao. Prior to this, Tao was software engineer at IBM. EA Mobile François Bertrand-Prévost, Sever Programmer -- A single hire appears for EA Mobile in the form of Bertrand-Prévost, a former software programmer for iMetrik Solutions. Flurry Akshay Bhandary, Senior Software Engineer -- Now at Flurry, Bhandary was previously a senior financial software developer at Bloomberg. Gameloft Anton Burtyka, eCommerce PHP Web Developer -- In an internal change at Gameloft, Burtyka shifts roles from a PHP SNS developer. Шипилов Евгений, WebTools (BI) PHP Developer -- In another Gameloft change, Евгений was previously a social network systems developer. Miguel Ángel Expósito Sánchez, Developer -- Joining Gameloft, Sánchez was previously a graphic programmer for LSyM. Gowalla Arturo III Lacanilao, "Campus Ambassador" -- Now a part of Gowalla, Lacanilao was previously a senior software engineer at Inovent. He is also currently a software developer for UP Information Technology Training Center. InMobi Nik Harris, Manager, Sales Engineer -- Harris joins InMobi this week. He was formerly the head of product for Siber Systems. Ayan Dasgupta, Senior Associate - APAC Sales -- Also joining InMobi is Dasgupta, a former management trainee at Vodafone Essar. GREE Rafael Assumpcao, IT Infrastructure -- He was previously a virtualization InfraOps tech leader at Yahoo!. Benedicto Franco Jr., Architect -- Also joining Gree is Franco Jr., a former international solutions architect for Yahoo!. Greg Noll, Marketing Manager, Web and Analytics -- Noll was previously a producer for online gaming at Namco Bandai Games America. PocketGems Evan Losi, Associate Game Designer -- PocketGems makes a single hire with Losi. Losi was formerly a graduate intern at Liberty Mutual. SponsorPay Tehyon Kim, VP of Developer Relations -- Berlin's SponsorPay snagged Kim away from rival Tapjoy, where he was director of publishing sales. Tapjoy Christy Wong, Developer Relations -- Joining Tapjoy this week is Wong, a former intern for Zentrum für Zeithistorische Forschung Potsdam.
