As promised, Netflix has resurrected the critically acclaimed, but short-lived sitcom “Arrested Development.” Today the company announced the release of 15 new episodes beginning May 26, 2013.

In the reboot, original cast members including Jason Bateman, Will Arnett, Michael Cera, and Portia de Rossi will reprise their roles as members of the dysfunctional Bluth family. The show is produced by Imagine TV and 20th Century Fox Television for Netflix.

Low ratings on Fox killed “Arrested Development” in 2006, but the show got its second wind through DVD rentals and reruns.
