NBC4 Names Todd Mokhtari VP of News
Former NBC4 managing editor Todd Mokhtari is returning to his old station as the new vice president of news.
Mokhtari is making the jump from KIRO-TV in Seattle, where he served as the news director and web manager.
In 2006, Mokhtari was the managing editor of NBC4 and in charge of the day-to-day coverage and editorial direction of the news department.
“Returning to NBC4 Southern California at this time is a tremendous opportunity,” said Mokhtari in a statement. “The station is moving aggressively to differentiate itself through high-quality enterprise stories, and I am humbled to join NBC4’s highly respected news team in this role.”
