In a case of corporate synergy before the merger of two companies was even completed, Comcast registered Website NBC Universal Transaction via GoDaddy.com affiliate Domains by Proxy Nov. 12, while talks were still ongoing, AdAge.com reports.
Domains by Proxy provides anonymous registration of Websites for people and companies, according to AdAge.com.
The site appears to have been created by Comcast, and GoDaddy.com advertised during Super Bowl XLIII on NBC this past February, according to AdAge.com. Hence, corporate synergy!
