Seeso, the comedy-centric streaming service from NBCUniversal, will officially launch Jan. 7. The service will be ad-free, thus will cost you $3.99 per month for a subscription.
For comedy fans, Seeso is a bargain. The service will launch with more 2,000 hours of original content, including series from Upright Citizens Brigade founders Matt Besser, Amy Poehler, Ian Roberts and Matt Walsh.
Seeso also comes packed with tons of classics, like SNL, Kids in The Hall and 30 Rock.
“We think the world needs more laughter, so we put together what we think is the best collection of comedy in one place. Come, seeso for yourself,” said NBCUniversal Digital Enterprise executive vp Evan Shapiro, in what will likely serve as one of the most regrettable moments in his career.
