Facebook applications have been useful tools in the real estate sector, and N-Play, which specializes in those types of apps, rolled out a turnkey solution for agents to market themselves and their listings on the social network.
Agents must first join the 125,000-plus in N-Play’s Real Estate Agent Directory on Facebook, after which the N-Play platform will automatically generate listing display ads and use the social network’s platform to target those ads based on location, Facebook user data, and the company’s proprietary algorithms.
N-Play said agents can choose up to six listing ads per campaign and automatically launch them on Facebook, with users who click on those ads directed to the detail page for the listing, and to the agent’s profile in the Real Estate Agent Directory.
N-Play Director of Marketing Raina Van Cleave said:
Each day, people spend more time on Facebook than anywhere else on the internet. Targeting buyers on Facebook is a goldmine for agents. By combining advertising services with the viral ecosystem we’ve created for Directory members, our platform is second to none for agents to market themselves and connect with customers.
