Music executive John Atterberry died Monday from injuries suffered during last Friday’s Sunset and Vine shooting.

Atterberry, 40, was shot three times in the face and neck with a .40-caliber handgun by 26-year-old Tyler Brehm.

The founder of Infusion Music Group and former vice president of Death Row Records, Atterberry previously worked on albums for Christina Aguilera, Michael Jackson, and Brandy.
