MSNBC's Ed Schultz Apologizes On Air

Tonight MSNBC Host Ed Schultz apologized at the top of the hour of his 10 p.m. show for crass remarks he made about conservative commentator Laura Ingraham on his Tuesday radio show. Anchor Thomas Roberts took over after he finished his lengthy apology.

“I used vile and inappropriate language when talking about talk show host Laura Ingraham,” said Schultz, looking deflated. “It was wrong, uncalled for and I understand the severity of what I said. I apologize to you Laura and ask for your forgiveness.”
