Mr. Colbert Comes To Washington

Brace yourselves GW students… Mr. Stephen T. Colbert will be returning to Lisner Auditorium on Monday, Dec. 8th for one of the final tapings of The Colbert Report.

With only 11 episodes of the Emmy-winning show remaining, Stephen has chosen to grace us with his witty, satirical brand of humor before he moves to CBS’ Late Show in 2015.

“Washington has been the Report’s second home, and I will be returning on Monday to show it the same affection the British did in 1812,” he said.

Lisner has hosted the satirist in the past, when he discussed his book “I am America (And So Can You!) with NBC’s Tim Russert, back in 2007.
