MPA Restructures, Some Execs Out, Some In

The Magazine Publishers of America has announced the departures of two senior executives and the appointment of three, in moves intended to “more effectively serve the changing needs of its members as well as help them capitalize on advances in technology that have presented new opportunities for magazine media companies,” the MPA said.

Folio: reports that the MPA said that Richard O’Rorke, chief financial officer, was leaving to “spend more time with his family” and that Chuck McCullagh, senior vice president, membership, is “joining a technology company in the mobile space.”
