“There was some sense of moving the focus away from the immediate…which is bad markets, unemployment, and bad housing to things that are a few years in the future, and I thought was a good plan, it sort of instilled some hope. But there was still a great lack of specificity about the thing that we’re most concerned about right now, which is a plan for the second half of the TARP money, the $350 million to the banks.
