More WSJ Turnover: Grueskin's Out

The Wall Street Journal’s Bill Grueskin (Deputy Managing Editor/News and the #2 guy at the paper) is leaving the paper to become the Dean of Academic Affairs at Columbia’s University Graduate School of Journalism.

You’ll recall that the #1 guy — Marcus Brauchli — left a few months ago. This continues some significant post-Murdoch-purchase turnover.

    Earlier today, I informed Robert Thomson that I have decided to leave the Journal in a few weeks to begin a new job as the Dean of Academic Affairs at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism.
