Montrose-La Crescenta Patch Editor Jumps to L.A. Times Community News
After a year and a half at the helm of “the balcony of Los Angeles” for Patch, Nicole Charky (pictured) is moving on up. Starting next month, she joins Los Angeles Times Community News as a Web producer for the expanded territory of Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena and La Cañada.
In advance of her final day at Patch (January 29), Charky has posted a heartfelt farewell note:
My role as editor gave me the chance to re-explore the geographic puzzle piece La Crescenta local Bill Weisman dubs “Far North Glendale.”
