Mobile advertisers love the iPhone. That was the gist of “The Smartphone Revolution” panel at AlwaysOn OnMedia in New York this week, according to a MediaPost report on the event.
Jamie Wells, mobile director at Ignition Factory, said his agency has clients coming “knocking down the door” with their desire to get a mobile campaign up and running.
“Given this new distribution model, there are real opportunities for companies to hit scale, whereas…building relationships with carriers to date has been a challenge,” said Eric Litman, CEO of Medialets, a mobile ad network he launched around iPhone applications.
