Mittelstadt Leaves Chronicle's Capitol Hill Beat

Michelle Mittelstadt is leaving the Houston Chronicle, where she’s been its congressional correspondent, and joining the Migration Policy Institute as communications director. She’s been a reporter in Washington for 15 years and says in her farewell email that she’s “hanging up my spurs as a journalist.”
