Former Amazon executive Michelle Wilson was added to the board of directors at Pinterest.
Former Amazon executive Michelle Wilson was added to the board of directors at Pinterest.
Wilson was with Amazon for 13 years, until September 2012, serving in roles including general counsel, head of human resources and senior vice president. Prior to Amazon, she was a partner at law firm Perkins Coie.
She is Pinterest’s first female board member, joining co-founder and CEO Ben Silbermann and early investors Jeff Jordan of Andreessen Horowitz and Jeremy Levine of Bessemer Venture Partners.
Wilson said in a statement:
